This page explains payment for United States orders from our Corkcicle store. Product prices and order payments are expressed in United States dollars (USD).
Available payment methods
Use one of the payment options actually displayed in the secure checkout for your order. Availability can depend on the order, device and payment provider. A logo elsewhere on the site is not a guarantee that a particular method will be available for every transaction. The checkout is the place to confirm your current options before submitting an order.
Review the total before paying
The checkout displays the product subtotal, accepted discounts, any applicable tax, the shipping amount and the final payable total. Standard Shipping within the United States is free. Check the selected items, quantities, delivery address and total carefully. A promotional code only applies when accepted and reflected in the checkout total; discounts are not assumed merely because a code was entered.
Secure processing and authorization
Payments are submitted through the secure checkout and its payment service providers. The store receives transaction information needed to process and support an order, but does not receive your complete card number or card security code for viewing or storage in our customer-service records. Never send full payment-card details by email, contact form or chat.
The provider or your bank may request additional verification or decline a payment. An authorization can appear as pending before settlement or release. If payment fails, review the billing details or contact the payment provider before repeatedly trying the same transaction. Contact us if you are unsure whether an order was created or believe you were charged twice.
Order confirmations and payment issues
A successful payment notification or order email should be kept for your records. We may contact you if an order requires a payment or security check, but will not ask you to email a card security code. We cannot guarantee approval of a transaction or control the timing of a bank's release of a pending authorization.
Refunds
Refunds use the original payment method. After an eligible returned item is received and the return is approved, we issue the refund within 10 business days; the bank or payment provider can require additional posting time. See the Refund Policy for eligibility, return instructions and the handling of damaged or incorrect goods. For help with a payment, provide the order reference and a description of the issue, not your full card information.
