These terms govern use of our Corkcicle storefront and orders placed with us. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. The store's identity and contact details appear below.
Eligibility and account information
By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into the transaction, or have the appropriate permission and authority. Provide accurate and current contact, billing and delivery information. If you use an account, keep its sign-in details confidential and let us know of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for actions taken through your account to the extent permitted by law.
Products, descriptions and availability
Review the selected product, capacity, size, color, model and compatibility before ordering. We aim to present information accurately, but screen settings can affect how colors look. Product care instructions and warnings supplied with an item should be followed. Stock and selection can change, and an item in a cart is not a guarantee that stock has been reserved.
If we identify a material description, pricing or availability error affecting an order, we will contact you to explain it and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation. We will not silently substitute a materially different item or charge an unapproved higher amount.
Prices and payment
Prices are stated in United States dollars. The final checkout shows the merchandise amount, applicable discounts, taxes, shipping and total before payment is submitted. Standard Shipping within the United States is free. Use a payment method shown as available at checkout and for which you have authorization. See the Payment Policy for payment information.
Order handling
An order acknowledgment records receipt of your order and does not guarantee that every item can be supplied. We may need to check payment, stock or delivery information before fulfillment. If an order cannot be fulfilled or must be canceled, we will notify you and arrange the appropriate refund. We may decline transactions involving suspected fraud, unlawful use or an unresolved payment issue, subject to applicable law.
For an order change or cancellation, contact us quickly before dispatch. We will try to help but cannot guarantee a change after processing has begun. Normal processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit. Weekends and United States federal holidays are excluded.
Delivery and returns
The Shipping Policy explains tracking, delivery delays and address corrections. The Refund Policy explains the 30-day return-request period after delivery, condition requirements, merchant-paid eligible return shipping and refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. These policies do not limit non-waivable consumer protections.
Permitted use of the site
Do not use the storefront for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, unauthorized access, malicious code or interference with other visitors or systems. Do not bypass security measures or misuse personal information. Automated activity that damages or disrupts the service is prohibited. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse while respecting applicable rights.
Content and intellectual property
Store content, product names, images, designs and trademarks are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Access to the site does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit protected material without authorization. The appearance of a product or brand name does not by itself create a separate endorsement or authorization claim by this store.
Third-party platforms and links
The storefront uses Shopify and may connect to payment, delivery and other service providers. Their services can also be governed by their own terms. Links are provided for their relevant function; we do not control every third-party page or guarantee its availability. Review the terms and privacy information of a service you choose to use.
Service availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the store available, but maintenance, network faults or other interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by an interruption or misuse of the site. No part of these terms excludes liability or a remedy that cannot legally be excluded, or removes rights concerning goods that are faulty, misdescribed or not supplied.
Updates and questions
We may revise these terms for future use of the store. The version applicable to an existing purchase is not changed retroactively to remove rights associated with that purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed by law. Applicable United States law and non-waivable state consumer protections govern the transaction.
